The games were supposed to play on GArena, none of the captains have a GArena account. He never delivered the money and is full of shit.
You fail to mention how all the administrators of your league were also the ones that failed at running the tournament. You act like being the GArena partner with North America is a big deal. No one in North America plays on GArena. They all play on regular BNet. South America Europe and Asia are the ones that play on GArena. I heard that your GDGi was also an epic failure.

The myMYM site has always posted gossips and scandal news, that's not new. But this is a scandal backed up with evidence and it's a serious issue. We are talking about a man, who stole several thousands, hack even tenthousands of dollars from players who fought hard for their prizes which they never received. The list with all the theft of HunteR_ was posted in the staff conference on dota-allstars.com and unfortunately I couldn't find it yesterday when I was searching for it (probably bad searching keys). I did find the discussion about wether to allow HunteR_'s news about his last DotA tour to be posted in the Competitive section or not, which we allowed in the end, as we wanted to give him a last chance (june 2008). That was the tournament which the "chinese" players "won". HunteR_ got banned immediately after that and was later unbanned by Pendragon because of the LoL marketing trick in which HunteR_ was the tool. Wether GG.net deviated into anything bad is nothing we really should be focusing on in this article imho. They are a bit strict in my eyes, wether that's because of trying to defend HoN's and S2 Games' reputation is up to them. It's their money they are fighting for, so it's understandable. But it might be some "nazi mods", we had some of those over at DA too 3-4 years ago. Those people warn/ban anyone on site, it's some kind of orgasm for them. :P HunteR_ was not an official employee of S2 Games, but he did become a key member of the marketing team, so anything bad he did against the HoN community was S2 Games' fault not to silence him. But it's always a good lesson, and it's always better to weed out these people before they could cause a bigger harm. @HunteR_: of course you are saddened. You got caught publicly, and people don't take your lies anymore. You have been lieing for several years now. You caused a lot of trouble and even almost completely destroyed one of the biggest inhouse leagues of DotA namely DXD. You stole money and hardwares from people who fought very hard for earning something, even if just a little bit, from DotA. People and especially the North American players lost their faith in competitive play. It was really hard regaining their trust and we still need to work very hard for that and along with the DH event in Sweden (which probably won't pay the HoN prizes either, just like any of the other games before), you were one of the biggest poison of DotA and especially NA DotA.
